The writing in the game needed more work, and I think it would've been a lot better with more time, but at least the battles were fun, the music was great, and the areas looked fantastic. I guess I hold the same feelings for this game as I do Mass Effect Andromeda... What could've been.

Договора в игре заключать надо (ненападения, или хотя бы прекращение огня, торговля в игре это бесконечный источник денег и тому подобные фишечки не зря и непустой звук, пробуйте - пользуйтесь !). Как таковой тактики в боях нет, ни какого микроконтроля. Кораблям можно задавать поведение (1 не подстраиваться под выбранную цель, 2 держать на дальней дистанции, 3 держаться в ближней дистанции, 4 преследовать), но из четырёх рабочие это 1 и 4, ещё можно задать ориентацию на выбранную цель (1 лицом-носом к "врагу", 2 бортом, 3 "спиной"-кормой к "врагу") 99.99% боёв работает вариант 1, вариант 2 над включать по ситуации, вариант 3 специфичен, годиться для случаев когда у вас скорость больше чем у противника, и дистанция ваших кормовых пушек больше дистанции стрельбы носовых пушек противника В боях решает количество и дальность пушек, выбор удачного сочетания дальности, мощности и точности стрельбы, если пушка мощная но часто мажет, то это может быть хуже чем слабая, но бьющая без промаха. Одна из ключевых особенностей игры это дерево технологий в котором технологии открываются с некоторой случайностью, для одних рас вероятность доступности технологии 90% для других 10%, но тем не менее даже 10% это шанс. Одни варианты вооружений более вероятны для одних рас и менее вероятны для других. Это лишний повод подумать над своей стратегией в кораблестроении и освоении планет. Находить удачные сочетания, это очень интересно. Поле для экспериментов достаточно широкое, я провёл много увлекательных часов в этой игре. Игра именно стратегическая, важно спланировать в каком направлении вы будите захватывать системы, и синхронизировать доставку на линию фронта кораблей, топлива, ремонтников и поселенцев. Важно понимать как вы будите использовать ресурсы, когда и на какое время включить режим повышенной эксплуатации ресурсов когда они безвозвратно расходуются, потом можно восстановить уровень, но для этого надо решить из какой системы вы ресурсы будите выгребать, что бы завезти на эту , ранее ограбленную систему. Очень рекомендую поиграть за расу Зуул, но не играйте её первой, сначала на Людях освойтесь с механиками, потом пробуйте экзотику :)
